We offer a full range of staging and redesign options, so you can choose the service that is just right for you and your home.

• Staging Consultation:  This is a 2-hour property walk-through and assessment, followed by a comprehensive owner “to-do” report.   It’s a great option for the owner who wants to implement their own staging based on our expert recommendations.
• Occupied Staging Services:  These services can be performed on anything from a single room, to multiple rooms, to the entire house.
• Vacant Property Staging:  We can provide furniture selection, placement, and delivery coordination for any vacant home.  This can include the furnishing of major portions of the home, selected rooms, to simple vignettes and accessorizing.
• Interior Redesign:  Through our redesign services homes are given a fresh new look using existing furnishings and accessories.  And, it typically can be completed in just a single day.
• Open House & Photography Staging:   Your homes will look their best after our light “hands on” staging which is conducted prior to the open house or listing photography.
