Staging can be finished in anywhere from a day to a couple of weeks, depending on the condition of your home.  Many of the improvements to the home can be handled by our staff and home owner, but in some cases, approved contractors are used to complete updates such as painting, wallpaper removal or updates to the flooring.

Vacant homes can greatly benefit from home staging

Studies show that furnished homes sell much more quickly than those that are empty.  Buyers have a hard time imagining how empty rooms would be set up, where their furniture would go and what the traffic flow would be like.
